Donations and Volunteer slots still needed
Update: As of today 7/12, we are still in need of donations and volunteers to help out with concession. Please take a look and help out where you can. Please remember that even if your child is not participationg in champs it is asked that you still help out with the meet. Thank you!
Good evening,
We have our championship swim meet next week and I am urging for you all to help out in some way. We will be hosting 8 teams and they will all be hungry, and we will be busy. Even if your child will not be participating at Champs we ask you donate and volunteer.
This past home meet no one signed up for hot dogs or pierogis, candy & pop as well as some signed-up items that were never brought so we were left without, but we made do. Let's not let that happen for Champs.

Please note: I will need ALL donations at the concession by 5:00! If you are unable to do that, please text me and you can bring your item/s to my house on Wednesday evening or on Thurdsday before 3:00. I will be leaving my house to set up 3:45.

A HUGE shout out to thank the parents that stepped up and helped me behind the tables serving food, taking orders and as a cashier. I was left with 9 empty time slots, 5 of which were when it was much needed (5:30 - 6:30) and if it weren't for the ones who weren't signed up but heard I was short staffed and the couple that stayed from set up it would have been a struggle to get everyone served. I ended up missing 3 of my daughter's events.
So much time and effort go into running a concession and the meet that's it's crucial we have everyone's help and assistance.
