Good morning!

For anyone that has not signed up for the meets this week, please do so. Even if you are not planning to be there, we need to know one way or the other. The deadline for Tuesday is 5:00 today. If anyone is having an issue with signups, here are the instructions:

To sign up:

-Go to the menu bar at the top of the page and hover over the "Meets & Events" tab.

-Click on the "Signup Calendar" that will appear in the dropdown

-Click on the green button to the right of each of the two meets for next week

-Click on the "Edit" button

-Next to each swimmer's name is a pulldown menu to select "Not attending this meet" or "Attending this meet"

-Please select this for each swimmer for each meet

You can also complete this in the Swimtopia app. If you are still having difficulty and need me to mark your availability, as a last resort, you can email me and I'll be happy to assist.

From our hosts for Tuesday's meet:

• You are welcome to use our bathrooms.
• You can arrive anytime after 5:30 pm.
• Parking. Our team will reserve the lot for use by your team. If the lot is full, cars may park along the driveway and/or across from our driveway on Meadow Rd. Do not park on Ingomar Heights Rd. Please ask your team to take note of the areas with No Parking signs and adhere to those.
• Food. We will have concessions including hamburgers, hot dogs, chips etc.
• We will have a 50/50 raffle with the winner announced before the end of the meet.
• Your team area space. You will have the side of the pool by the pavilion. 

Looking ahead to Thursday, we will be at home against Community. The deadline to sign up is 5:00 on Tuesday. We'll have an open family swim after that meet. However, no one is allowed in the pool until the setup for the meet is completely taken down. Our coaches and board appreciate any assistance people can offer to do this so that we can enjoy as much pool fun time as possible.
