There are many volunteer and donation slots still available for Thursday's Champs meet.  Please help us make the stand a sucess, thank you.

Dear swim families, as you know the concession stand is a vital part of our swim club. Funds from these stand sales help ensure that we can pay the pool fees and have wonderful coaches to develop these wonderful swimmers. Lately we have been having a hard time staffing the stand with only an amazing small group of dedicated volunteers. If the stand can no longer run by volunteers we risk having higher fees to join the team. Please consider signing up for a shift during the Champs meet to help work the stand so we can continue to keep costs affordable! Champs is our largest meet with a total of 8 teams participating with hundreds of spectators. Volunteering for the stand is easy with on-the-spot training for food servers and cashiers. There will be a separate pizza stand for one hour from 5pm to 6pm. Food service for the pizza stand consists of placing slices on plates and handing them out to hungry guests. As always, volunteers are free to leave the stand to watch their swimmer's events - just let the other staff know when you need to leave.

Thank you to everyone who has donated food and beverage items to help stock the concession stand. We've had some great food offerings!!! I've been told several times that our stand is amazing and I couldn't do it without all of you. Champs is starting earlier than a regular dual meet at 4:45 and we would like to have food sales available by 4pm. All donations need to be at the stand by 4pm. Salads, fruits and veggies will be individually portioned at the meet with provided containers. If you need help with transporting you donation please let me know by email.
